Watermelon Frappe

• Ingredients:
2 cups seeded red watermelon, sliced
¼ cup+3 tbsp chilled syrup
1/4 cup cold water
2 cups finely crushed ice

• Instruction:
1. Put watermelon, syrup, water and ice in a blender and blend well to a fine puree.
2. Pour into glasses and serve. (Serves 3) Buy a watermelon with a firm pound echo when you flick your fingers on the fruit. If you prefer to choose from the cut, selection, look for darker red and firm pieces with blacker seeds and unloosened flesh around them.
