Lychee Milk Shake 

• Ingredients:
1 cup seeded Iychees, cut into pieces
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup unsweetened milk
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup finely crushed ice seeded Iychees and
mint sprigs for garnish

• Instruction:
1. Boil Iychees in a pot of water over medium heat for about 5 minutes until tender. Leave to cool.
2. Transfer the contents of Iychees and liquid to a blender; add milk, ice and blend well to a fine, thick puree. 3. Pour into glasses, garnish with seeded Iychees and mint sprigs, then serve. (Serves 4)
