Rambutan Cool

• Ingredients:
1 cup seeded rambutans, cut into pieces;
1 1/2 cups water;
1 1/2 -2 tbsp sugar;
1/8 tsp salt ice cubes
mint sprigs for garnish

• Instruction:
Boil rambutans in a pot of water over medium heat for about 5 minutes until tender. Add sugar and salt. Remove when sugar dissolved. Leave to cool. Pour into glasses of ice. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve. (Serves 2)
