Orange Shake

• Ingredients:
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup frozen cantaloupe, cut into small pieces
1 cup plain yoghurt
½ cup soybean milk

• Instruction:
Pour orange juice into a tray, place in the freezer till nearly turn to ice. Transfer to a blender, add c a ntaloupe, yoghurt and soybean milk and blend thoroughly to a fine, thick puree. Pour into glasses and serve. (Serves 2) Two of 125 g-sized oranges make about 1/2 cup of juice.
