Longan Frappe

• Ingredients:
1 ½ cups seeded longans
¼ cup chilled syrup
1 tsp salt
1 cup finely crushed ice Lime slices for garnish

• Instruction:
Put longans, syrup, salt and ice in a blender and blend thoroughly. Pour into glasses, garnish with lime slices and serve. (serves 2) Many varieties of longan are available in the market. Look for ones that are big with dark brown unblemished skins for thick, crispy and sharply sweet flesh.
