Stir Fried Noodle
• Ingredients:
500g jumbo shrimps shelled and devided
400g rice stick 10 mm
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
½ cup vegetable oil
10 chinese broccoli plants (or kailan) of equal size and cloves
2 eggs

• Instruction:
Heat all in wok over medium heat. Fry the garlic, when it turn light brown. Add the shrimps and eggs stir-fry about 2 minutes. Add rice stick, sweet soy sauce and Chinese broccoli slice cook for 3 minutes. Then, add the light soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar as need cook for 3 minutes. Garnish with the ground white pepper and serving.
