Longan Cool

• Ingredients:
200g dried longan flesh
3 cups water
1 cup brown sugar
Crushed ice

• Instruction:
Wash dried longan flesh thoroughly. Boil in a pot of water over medium heat. Add sugar and continue boiling for 10 minutes until tender and fragrant. Leave to cool. Pour into glasses of ice and serve. (serves 4) Dried longans are good nourishment for the heart and brain. Choose ones that are light brown and lightly scented.
