Lime Frappe

• Ingredients:
2 limes (35 g-sized) peeled and cut into pieces
1/4 green apple (170 g-sized), peeled and cut into pieces
1 tbsp lime juice
¼ cup + 1 tbsp chilled syrup
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ cups finely crushed ice
mint sprigs for garnish.

• Instruction:
1. Blend limes, green apple, lime juice, syrup, salt and ice in a blender until fine.
2. Pour into glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and serve. (Serves 2)
