Mango Lassi

• Ingredients:
1 ½ cups chilled ripe nam dawk mai mangoes, sliced
1 cup (150 g) chilled plain yoghurt
1 1/3 cups chilled unsweetened milk
1 tbsp honey (mix with 1 tbsp water)
sticks of crystal sugar for garnish

• Instruction:
1. Put mangoes, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into glasses, garnish each glass with a stick of crystal sugar and serve. (Serves 3) This refreshing drink is popular in Indio where it’s often served sprinkled with cinnamon powder. An ideal for a perfect thirst quencher.
