Grilled Chicken 

Grilled Chicken
• Ingredients:
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric
3 dried chillies, roasted, dehydrated and seeded
2 lemon grass stalks chopped outer leaves removed
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
4 chicken portions, cut in half
flat-leaf parsley,lemon wedges, and sliced green chillies to garnish

• Instruction:
Put dried chillies into a food processor with lemon grass, garlic,ginger, onions, sugar, and turmeric. Blend to form a thick, chunky paste. Then brush over the chicken portions with paste cover the chicken and leave in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. *Preheat the broiler to medium-high. *Place the chicken on the broiler rack and broil. Turning occasionally for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and the juices run clear. Serve garnished with flat-leafed parsley, lemon wedges, and sliced of green chillies. Serve with sweet chilli sauce for chicken.
