Pineapple Smoothie

• Ingredients:
1 ½ cups chilled phuket pineapple, finely sliced
¼ cup chilled young coconut fresh, scooped to pieces
¼ cup chilled young coconut juice
¼ cup chilled syrup
¾ cup chilled unsweetened milk
½ cup finely crushed ice

• Instruction:
1. Combine pineapple, coconut flesh, coconut juice, syrup, milk and ice in a blender and blend well.
2. Pour into glasses and serve. (serves 2). The bromelain enzyme in pineapples is helpful in fighting against infecitons, enhencing digestive system and relieving sore throat.
