• Instruction:
Sprinkle corn starch and pepper. Rub mixture into both sides of the meat. Cut meat into thin strips. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in heavy-based frying pan or wok. Stir-fry ginger and spring onion 1 minute. Remove from pan; keep warm. Stir-fry meat in small batches over a high heat until just browned. Return all meat to pan and add oyster sauce and light soy sauce; toss well. Serve immediately.
